FIELD: radiopharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lyophilisate for the preparation of a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical drug based on 99mTc radionuclide. A lyophilisate for the production of a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical based on the 99mTc radionuclide, consisting of a mixture of the following: a reducing agent — tin dichloride dihydrate (SnCl2⋅2H2O), soligand — tricine (C6H13NO5), carrier of radionuclide atoms — PSMA-tropic molecule Hynic-iPSMA, solicand EDDA (C6H12N2O4), as well as sodium gluconate characterized by the composition including 15 mg of tricine, 0.015 mg of tin dichloride dihydrate, 20 mg of sodium gluconate, 5 mg of EDDA, and 0.025 mg of Hynic-iPSMA.
EFFECT: obtaining an injection solution of a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical drug based on 99mTc-EDDA/Hynic-iPSMA metal complex with a radiochemical yield of at least 98% and a higher specific activity than stated in world practice.
