The way to obtain the compounds of formula 3 is to restore the compounds of formula 8 with H2/Pd. The synthesis of a compound of formula 8 includes the step of converting a compound of formula 6 into a compound of formula 7 and further removing the benzyl protecting group from a compound of formula 7 to obtain a compound of formula 8.
EFFECT: intermediate compound 3 for obtaining indolinobenzodiazepine derivatives with antiproliferative activity.
