FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of determining the synthetic activity of polychromatophilic erythroblasts and erythrocytes of birds, including obtaining an image of a biological object or its part and determining its morphological parameters from the image, identifying the state of the biological object based on the results of comparison with similar indicators of the comparison group, obtaining an image of the biological object or its part, the resulting image is calibrated and standardized, then a computer morphodensitometric study is carried out, namely: the zone of interest is identified in the resulting image, the required ranges of characteristics are set, visual elements of comparison are formed that pass through elements with certain characteristics of the interaction of radiation with the substance, the identified zone is divided into areas with the formation the boundaries between them, on which the obtained visual elements of comparison are imposed, the obtained visual elements of comparison are displayed on the original image, the morphodensitometric parameters of the image inside the regions are determined, the indicators of the object under study are compared with those of the comparison group, and based on the results of the comparison, a decision is made about the state of the object under study, while the image of the object under study or its part is made digital, the required ranges of characteristics are the ranges of characteristics of geometric and optical quantities, histogram columns in diagrams are formed as visual elements of comparison, and pairs of comparison groups are used as comparison groups, as determined morphodensitometric parameters are used: morphogeometric indicators - euchromatin area (Sa), cytoplasm area (Sc) and optometric indicators - euchromatin optical density (OPe), cytoplasm optical density (COD) of polychromatophilic erythroblasts, polychromatophilic erythrocytes and mature peripheral blood erythrocytes of broiler chickens of early postembryonic ontogenesis; as comparison indicators, the densitometric euchromatin-cytoplasmic index (DECI, in conventional units), calculated by the formula, and the euchromatin-cytoplasmic morphodensitometric index (ECMI, in conventional units), calculated by the formula, are used. With DECI values of erythroid cells below 19.67 arb. units make a conclusion about the state of hypofunction of hemoglobin synthesis, with DECI values above 55.39 arb. units — about the state of hyperfunction of hemoglobin synthesis; with ECMI values of erythroid cells below 9.66 arb. units make a conclusion about the state of hyperfunction of hemoglobin synthesis, with ECMI values above 22.19 arb. units — about the state of hypofunction of hemoglobin synthesis.
EFFECT: use of the proposed method provides software and computational automation of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of physiological maturity, metabolism of erythroblasts, maturing and mature erythrocytes of birds based on a combined study of the morphological and densitometric parameters of the nucleus and cytoplasm chromatin.
