A diagnostic complex for the simultaneous and specific detection of analytes present in the sample (E), including an immunochromatographic diagnostic tool (1) for the simultaneous and specific detection of multiple analytes present in the liquid sample (E), containing at least one reaction mixture (2) containing biological recognition molecules and/or competing ligands labeled with at least one imaging molecule; at least one extraction system (3) in the form of a solid support on which competing ligands and/or biological recognition molecules are fixed at different and known extraction sites (4, 5); optical reader of removable solid substrate (3) are disclosed. Also a detection method using the said complex and the use of the said complex to detect classes of analytes in a sample are disclosed.
