SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to the methods for detecting a target molecule in a test sample, which can be used in medicine. Described methods facilitate the detection of a target, which is different from the nucleic acid (e.g., a target protein) in the test sample by means of detecting a nucleic acid (i.e., an aptamer). At the same time, aptamer-aptameric interactions are significantly weakened or terminated with simultaneous preservation of the interaction of the target aptamer.

EFFECT: multiplex analyses based on aptamers were proposed.
