SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. A method of treating a subject suffering from multiple sclerosis includes administering a pharmaceutical composition containing a gold cluster (AuC). The said AuC contains a gold core and a ligand bound to the gold core. Also the use of a gold cluster (AuC) for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of multiple sclerosis in a subject, wherein the said AuC contains a gold core and a ligand associated with the gold core is presented.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
