FIELD: spark plugs.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spark plugs for power and propulsion systems and can be used in high pressure steam generators. A spark plug is proposed, comprising: a tubular metal body of the candle, a screen ceramic tube inside the body, a ceramic insulator containing, wt.%: up to 94 Al₂O₃, 4-4.4 SiO₂, 1-1.6 CaO, tightly sealed into the body, a contact head, soldered connected to a conical cap, tightly soldered to the leg of the ceramic insulator from the side of the screen ceramic tube and to the core of the central electrode located in the internal cavity of the ceramic insulator. Nickel in the volume of contacts of the central and side electrodes forms a matrix in the form of sintered particles with a size of less than 250 mcm, and the space between the sintered nickel particles is filled with an alloy in the ratio, wt.%: 71.5-72.5 Ag, 27.79-28 Cu. The body in the zone of soldering of the ceramic insulator with it and the contact of the side electrode is made of a material containing, wt.%: 48.22-51 Fe, 32.5-33.5 Ni, 16.5-17.9 Co.

EFFECT: increased life when used as part of capacitive ignition systems with increased stored energy.
