FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to aircraft engines, in particular, to the design of spark plugs for gas turbine engines. Spark plug includes a housing, which forms at the working end a mass electrode of the spark plug, a spark-forming insulator with a central electrode placed in its channel, installed in the said housing. At the end of the central electrode, a cylindrical iridium contact is fixed by soldering. Solder connecting the central electrode to the cylindrical contact of iridium contains, wt.%: (52–65) % Ni, (17–21) % Cr, (7–11) % Co, (5–7) % Si, (4–6) % Mo, (1–2) % B, (1–2) % Nb.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability and resource of the spark plugs.
