SUBSTANCE: jelly marmalade for diet food made of water, a gelling agent, a sweetener, a plant component, flavoring components, an acidity regulator, a natural flavoring agent and a coloring agent. Agar-agar and citrus pectin are used as a gelling agent, Jerusalem artichoke syrup is used as a sweetener, spirulina powder and crushed chia seeds are used as a plant component, succinic acid is used as an acidity regulator, succinic acid is used as a flavoring component and natural flavoring and dye — natural juice of arctic raspberry. The initial components are taken in the following quantities in kg per 100 kg: water — 40.0; arctic raspberry juice — 40.0; Jerusalem artichoke syrup — 11.6; spirulina powder — 2.5; crushed white chia seeds — 2.5; agar-agar — 0.7; citrus pectin — 2.5; succinic acid — 0.2.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining jelly marmalade for dietary nutrition with high nutritional and biological value, organoleptic characteristics and high preventive properties.
