FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmentally friendly and cost-effective methods and units for the production of ammonia, carbamide, as well as thermal and electrical energy. The energy process system comprises a power unit (1), a cryogenic air separation unit (2) (ASU) connected to the power unit (1) by a liquid oxygen supply line (10) and an energy supply line, a fuel source (3), an electrolyser (5) configured to produce oxygen and hydrogen from water coming from the power unit (1), and the unit (6) connected to it for generating electricity from renewable energy sources (RES). The system also comprises a carbamide production unit (4) (CPU) connected by a line (9) for supplying hydrogen to the electrolyser (5), a line (11) for supplying nitrogen with the ASU (2), and also connected by a line for supplying electrical energy and a line (13) for supplying carbon dioxide with the power unit (1). The method of operation of the energy process system is also disclosed.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the system by increasing the use of thermal energy of the media circulating in the system, as well as the media themselves to obtain useful and high-energy products – ammonia and urea.
