FIELD: picking equipment.
SUBSTANCE: picking devices used for automated picking of fruit and vegetable products using light-sensitive means. The picking line contains a feed conveyor 1 with a line of ejectors 11 located in it and a device for measuring the diameter of fruits based on a video camera 6. The line includes at least one feed conveyor 1. The feed conveyor 1 consists of guides 4 with movable carriages 2, the body of which is made of a transparent material. Each of the carriages 2 is equipped with a magnetic marker 9. On one of the guides 4 of the feed conveyor 1, inductive code readers 10 are rigidly fixed. A synchronous flash 8 is installed in the area of the video camera 6. The picking line is equipped with individual pneumatic channels 12, oriented to the outlet trays 13, and a control system 7. The control system 7 has a direct connection with the synchronous flash 8 and ejector control valves 11, as well as feedback with the video camera 6 and inductive code readers 10. Inductive code readers 10 are connected to magnetic markers 9 carrying carriage codes 2.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of products by size groups and providing the possibility of individual transportation of the product on a carriage that has its own code necessary for picking.
