The slot (40) includes a section (47) with a shallow bottom and a section (48) with a deep bottom, which are characterized by different depths from the level of the contact surface (3) of the tread. The depth of the deep bottom section (48) from the level of the tread contact surface (3) is greater than the depth of the shallow bottom section (47) and includes at least a part located in the central area CA. Raised bottom section (37) and deep bottom section (48) are placed partially overlapping each other in the direction along the circumference of the tire.

EFFECT: improved wear resistance and resistance to uneven tire wear.
