SUBSTANCE: method includes action of static load at investigated structure for the time (t_st), registration of temperature field of structure surface (T_st(x,y)) as time (t_st) of static load action expires, application of dynamic load to investigated structure, which imitates load at structure under actual operating conditions (P(t)) as time of static load relaxation elapses, registration in process of application of dynamic load of temperature field of structure surface (T_din(x,y)), analysis of temperature fields (T_st(x,y)) and (T_din(x,y)) with account of investigated structure parametres, on the basis of which availability of internal residual stresses of investigated structure is detected, as well as availability of internal defects in it.

EFFECT: improved validity of results of technical and operational condition assessment of structures and their elements.
