FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for diagnostics, treatment control and prediction of vascular pathology. Temperature field of skin, which has minimal temperature anomalies is registered and taken for anomalous. Spatial resolution for temperature field registration is determined basing on detection of minimal in size temperature anomalies, determined by dimensions of minimal temperature anomaly. Temperature field of skin before introduction of medications is registered, which is taken for anomaly-free in absence of pathology. Criterion of minimal deviance is determined. Vasodilating medication is introduced into bloodstream. Permissible maximal time period of registration for period of temperature rise is determined. Time of delay is determined as interval of time for achievement of maximal temperature contrast, starting with moment of medication introduction. In time interval, which includes delay time, dynamic registration of skin temperature field is carried out with interval of time which is determined basing on characteristics of rate of temperature field change. Measured values of temperature fields of skin surface before and after introduction of medications are compared, carrying out summing up by surface coordinates and by time. By results of carried out measurements boundaries of skin surface sections, in which there is bloodstream pathology are determined. If bloodstream pathology is present, diagnostic value is formed by comparison of dynamic temperature anomalies with calculated temperature anomalies and characteristics of internal temperature sources are determined: temperature, depth of location, geometric dimensions, which caused registered dynamic temperature anomalies on skin surface.
EFFECT: method increases reliability of vascular pathology diagnostics.
