FIELD: waste processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of waste of various origins having high humidity and varying degrees of dispersion (fine, medium and coarse). The method of neutralization and recycling of waste includes pressing the waste under pressure and obtaining briquettes. The pressing of wastes with a moisture content of up to 10% is carried out in a mould, in which a layer of a polymer material capable of being compacted when heated is first placed, and a layer of waste is placed on top of the polymer material. The value of the pressing pressure can be changed depending on the type of waste and the type of their further use, taking into account the fact that the minimum value of the pressing pressure can be equal to 1 MPa, and the maximum value can be equal to 20 MPa. In the process of waste compaction, briquettes are obtained, covered with a protective layer in the form of a polymer film, formed by heating the polymer material under the influence of pressure on it.

EFFECT: creating a universal technology for the neutralization and disposal (recycling) of waste, providing for the neutralization and disposal of waste of various origins, obtaining a highly environmentally friendly end product suitable for long-term storage without adversely affecting the environment, suitable for widespread use or further processing for ensuring reuse depending on the purpose.
