FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of complex processing of finely dispersed wastes, such as sewage sludge, including raw sludge and surplus sludge, as well as municipal wastes, wastes of petrochemical, pharmaceutical, leather, food industries, wastes from production of cosmetic, medical products of the widest range. System of equipment for processing of finely dispersed wastes includes a complex of equipment for dehydration, collection and transportation of finely dispersed wastes. Complex includes mechanisms for turning and collecting dehydrated wastes supplied to the supply conveyor belt, which is interconnected with the reloading conveyor belt; mechanisms are mounted on a mounting frame movably attached to a support frame fixed along the perimeter of the site with wastes and adapted for vertical and horizontal movement above the surface of the site. System also includes a conveyor belt for unloading dehydrated wastes, a spatial coating and a ventilation system made in the form of jet fans, the suction pipes of which are interconnected with ambient air. Spatial coating is made in the form of a frameless hangar, having a non-separable structure, from light-proof, wear-resistant material, the overall dimensions of which are determined by the overall dimensions of the sludge platform and the equipment placed in the hangar. Fans are installed directly above the place of turning and collecting wastes. Equipment system additionally contains a system of electric incinerators mounted in the upper part of the hangar. Equipment system is made with possibility of increase of hangar length for installation of equipment for further processing of dehydrated wastes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dehydration, drying of wastes due to creation of reliable coating and maximum isolation of dehydrated wastes from external effects, reducing the level of harmful volatile odorous substances released in the air during rotting of wastes during their drying, providing the possibility of installing additional equipment for complex processing of wastes.
