FIELD: purifying demineralized sea water from heavy water.
SUBSTANCE: unit consists of a regenerative heat exchanger for pre-cooling water, a cooler and a heavy water freezer. Additionally, it has a device for preparing a crystallization seed in form of a suspension of solid micro- and nanoparticles, connected by a finished suspension pipeline to a mixer at the outlet pipeline of the regenerative water pre-cooling heat exchanger. The pre-cooling heat exchanger is connected to the first flashing heat exchanger, the outlet pipeline through which steam is connected to the water ejector. The outlet of the ejector is connected to the inlet pipeline of the regenerative heat exchanger, and its water inlet is connected to the outlet pipeline of the regenerative heat exchanger. The outlet pipeline of the first flashing water heat exchanger is connected to the second flashing heat exchanger, the outlet pipeline through which steam is connected to the water ejector. The water inlet of the ejector is connected to the purified water pipeline. The water outlet of the second heat exchanger is connected to a water clarification coagulation tank. The purified water tank is connected to the suspension ultrafilter. The ultrafilter water outlet is connected by a purified water pipeline to the cooling medium inlet of the regenerative water pre-cooling heat exchanger. The solid phase outlets of the water clarification coagulation tank and the ultrafilter are connected to the heavy water separator, the solid phase outlet of which is connected to the suspension preparation device, and the water outlet is connected to the heavy water storage tank.
EFFECT: obtaining water with a reduced content of heavy water at low energy consumption during operation.
