VORTEX DUST COLLECTOR Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B04C3/00 B01D47/06 B05B9/00

Abstract RU 2623765 C1

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vortex dust collector has a cylinder case, a dusted gas axial inlet with a swirler and an ejector nozzle, a fairing and a deflector ring, as well as an axial branch pipe to force out a cleaned gas and a periphery secondary flow inlet with the swirler located in the case upper part. The case is made cylindrical, and the deflector ring is made conical. The ejection nozzle forms an annular channel with the input wall, formed by conical surfaces of the axial inlet and ejection nozzle, respectively. The shear plane of the ejection nozzle is located above the shear plane of the conical deflector ring. The lower nozzle of the dusted gas axial inlet with the swirler, the fairing and the deflector ring, and the upper nozzle of the periphery secondary flow inlet with the swirler accommodate pneumatic jets to feed spraying water. Each of the nozzles comprises a hollow cylindrical body connected to the nozzle in which throttling openings are provided. The hollow body consists of a cylindrical part with external thread for connection to a distribution pipeline union and two hollow cylindrical-conical collars sequentially connected and coaxial to it. Coaxial to the body, in its lower part, the nozzle is fixed, which is made in the form of a glass, in the bottom of which vertical and inclined throttle holes are made at an angle of 45° to the axis of the nozzle. At least one row of radial holes, which axes lie in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the body, is made in the cylindrical belt of the body. The number of holes in each row is at least three. The body and the nozzle make several aligned internal chambers: cylindrical chambers and a conical chamber located between them. One of the cylindrical chambers is used to supply liquid to be sprayed, and the conical and cylindrical chambers are expansion chambers. Air or gas supply tube is fixed in the central part of the nozzle coaxially to it, a hollow disk with perforation, turned to the side of outlet cross sections of the nozzle orifice holes, is connected to one of the tube ends in its lower part. The perforation in the hollow disk is made in form of the screw groove, turned to the side of outlet cross sections of the nozzle orifice holes, made by Archimedean spiral located inside the hollow disk. Wherein, a diffuser is attached to the end part of the hollow cylindrical belt, which is axisymmetric to the air supply tube, to one end of which, in it lower part, the hollow disk with perforation in the form of a screw groove formed by the Archimedean spiral and turned to the side of outlet cross sections of the nozzle orifice holes is fixed, and a hollow conical fairing is attached to the solid part of the hollow disk. Its top lies in the shear plane of the diffuser with the formation of outlet cavities formed by the inner surface of the diffuser and the outer surface of the fairing.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust collection.
