FIELD: analysis of biological materials.
SUBSTANCE: method of preparing urine samples for determining the content of adrenaline is described, which consists in diluting the urine sample with distilled water, carrying out derivatization in the presence of o-phenylenediamine, adding a biodegradable alkyl polyglycoside, sodium chloride solution and heptanoic acid to the resulting fluorescent derivative. The mixture is stirred, centrifuged and cooled to increase the viscosity of the separated micellar phase into which the derivative is concentrated. Next, the aqueous phase is removed, and the organic phase is used for subsequent chromatographic analysis. The quantitative determination of the analyte in the sample is carried out on the basis of a pre-built calibration graph using analyte calibration solutions.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is a method for preparing urine samples, which makes it possible to determine ultra-low concentrations of adrenaline in urine samples and excludes the use of toxic organic solvents or special sorbents to isolate the analyte from the sample.
