FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: macrocarrier that contains substrate particles coated with a thermosensitive polymer capable of supplying the macrocarrier to a cell-receiving surface and releasing cells from the macrocarrier in response to temperature changes are presented. At least 50% of the substrate particles are at least 1 mm in size. The invention also relates to a system for growing biological cells and a method of growing biological cells.
EFFECT: invention is used for efficient cultivation of biological cells.
