SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used to restore the skin. For this a bioresorbable carrier with a fibroblast cell culture and a bioresorbable carrier with a keranocyte culture are sequentially introduced into the skin lesion area, where the carrier is particles with a diameter of 100–500 mcm, which have a negative charge at physiological pH values obtained by grinding three-dimensional matrices based on Bombyx mori silk fibroin.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to accelerate the wound healing process by accelerating wound contraction in the early stages of recovery and accelerating re-epithelialization.
