FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for repositioning bone fragments of the shin bones during extrafocal osteosynthesis, containing a horizontal sliding frame with a transverse bridge, on the integral sides of which are installed, motionless and perpendicular to it, a popliteal stop and a distraction unit with a foot attachment unit, the popliteal stop is made in the form of two vertical tubular racks, interconnected by a horizontal crossbar, with the possibility of moving along them, the distraction unit with the foot attachment unit is located in the upper part of the vertical U-shaped tubular frame, the foot attachment unit is made sliding, contains a footrest and a thrust bearing, equipped with a back, the plantar part of the thrust bearing is fixedly connected by an axis to the cap of the fixing element in the form of a hollow cylinder, in the body of the said fixing element, the end of the threaded axis of the distraction unit is longitudinally placed, the protruding part of which is faceted with 32 faces, on the threaded axis of the distraction unit, containing a flat, a longitudinal symmetrical tubular element is installed, the central tube of which is fixedly connected to two lateral tubes, the inner smooth diameter of the central tube corresponds to the diameter and configuration of the mentioned threaded axis with a flat, on which the distraction assembly control handle is located, equipped with an internal thread, in the lower part of the vertical U-shaped tubular frame there is a longitudinal sliding frame for the X-ray stage, formed sliding rods, fixedly connected to the transverse rods, and has the ability to move along the uprights of the U-shaped tubular frame using tubular tees.
EFFECT: development of a design of a device for repositioning bone fragments of the bones of the lower leg during extrafocal osteosynthesis, which improves the quality of reposition of fragments and increases the stability of the fracture after reposition, with less time.
