FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and resuscitation, obstetrics and gynecology, laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to form a risk group for the development of preeclampsia in patients in the second or third trimesters of pregnancy. In the peripheral blood of a pregnant woman, the concentration of platelets is determined. If the value is below 150*109/l, the number of neutrophilic extracellular traps (NET) and the number of native neutrophils (NN) are additionally determined in a peripheral blood smear by immersion microscopy. Calculate the level of NET (NETL) according to the formula , where NETL is the level of NET, NNET is the number of neutrophilic extracellular traps, Nn is the number of native neutrophils. If the NETL value is equal to or more than 10, the patient is considered to be at high risk of developing preeclampsia.
EFFECT: method enables the formation of a risk group for the development of preeclampsia in patients in the second or third trimesters of pregnancy due to the differential diagnosis between gestational thrombocytopenia and thrombocytopenia, which is a symptom of preeclampsia, which contributes to the timely detection of complications of pregnancy in the form of severe preeclampsia, the choice of correct tactics and therapy, and improvement of maternal neonatal outcomes, as well as prevention of unnecessary interventions and restrictions in patients with uncomplicated pregnancy.
