Methods for the treatment of neurological diseases, disorders or conditions using extracellular vesicles are provided. In addition, isolated extracellular vesicles loaded with an exogenous inhibitor of phosphatase homologue and tensin (PTEN) are provided.
EFFECT: invention provides an additional safe, effective and convenient method of treating spinal cord injury.
