Extracellular vesicle (EV) for intracellular polypeptide delivery contains at least one polypeptide structure containing: (i) at least one polypeptide of interest (Pol); (ii) at least one exosomal polypeptide and (iii) a polypeptide-based release system, which releases said at least one Pol from at least one exosomal polypeptide in endogenous activation, wherein said at least one Pol is bound to the exosomal polypeptide through an endogenously activated release system.
