FIELD: chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining polyphenolic substances from dry biomass of walnut partitions involves preliminary grinding of partitions to a size of 0.5 mm. The resulting raw material is flooded with a 50% aqueous solution of ethanol at a ratio of 1:30 by weight, and the mixture is subjected to ultrasonic treatment at an operating frequency of 20-25 kHz and a power of 25 to 100 W for 10 minutes. Then infuse for 3 days at a temperature of 20-25°C, and separate the resulting extract is separated from the residue by decantation.
EFFECT: increased yield of polyphenolic substances from partitions into extracts.
