SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a liquid extract of lingonberry leaves that has an antioxidant effect. A method of obtaining a liquid extract of lingonberry leaves, including grinding lingonberry leaves, mixing them with an extractant consisting of water and ethanol, taken in equal volumes, and extraction under ultrasonic influence, in which the grinding of lingonberry leaves is carried out to a size of 1–3 mm, mixing them with the extractant is carried out in a mass-volume ratio of 1:10–50, and extraction is carried out at a temperature of 45–60°C for 30–60 minutes and ultrasonic influence with a power of 60–120 W with a frequency of 40 kHz. The above method allows for a more complete extraction of polyphenols and flavonoids from lingonberry leaves and obtain a liquid extract with high antioxidant activity. The resulting liquid extract contains 225.3–347.3 mg/g of polyphenolic components in terms of gallic acid, 24.6–34.3 mg/g of flavonoids in terms of rutin, and its antioxidant activity is 85.3–136.1 mg/g in terms of ascorbic acid.
