FIELD: implantable structures.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to implantable structures containing a biocompatible support frame and a biocompatible and biodegradable collagen membrane. An implantable structure comprising at least one biocompatible support frame and at least one biocompatible and biodegradable cross-linked fibrillated collagen membrane applied mechanically to at least part of the surface of said support; while the rate of biodegradation of the membrane is controlled; wherein the collagen is crosslinked with a non-polymeric restorative agent; and wherein said cross-linked collagen membrane includes regions of varying degrees of cross-linking, different densities, or both. A method for obtaining an implantable structure, the use of an implantable structure, as well as a kit for obtaining an implantable structure are also disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures high biocompatibility of implants and prevention of infection in their immediate vicinity.
