SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology and medicine and consists in biodegradable material on the basis of proteins and fibres of biopolymers, which is used as cellular frame for cell growth. Protein is albumin which is a binder; biopolymer fibres are chitosan with molecular weight of 70-1,000 kDa and degree of deacetylation of 50-100 %. Biopolymer fibres with the diameter of 20-500 nm make a uniform nano structured cell frame.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ability to bioresorption, liquid sorption of not less than 100 % of the weight of dry material, acceleration of proliferative activity during cell cultivation, as well as faster tissue regeneration, mechanical strength of not less than 1 MPa.
