FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of a dental implant and a method of its manufacture. A dental intraosseous cone implant made of alloyed titanium alloys with a nanostructured coating contains an intraosseous cone-shaped part and an extraosseous part in the form of a cone, having a hole for a plug screw, and a neck located between them, and the outer surface of the implant in contact with the bone is a nanostructured coating obtained using atomic layer deposition technology. As titanium alloys, either VT6 or VT20 alloys are used. A method of manufacturing a dental intraosseous conical implant from alloyed titanium alloys with a nanostructured surface is applying a film of titanium dioxide up to 30 nm thick to the metal titanium base of the implant, and atomic deposition of TiO2 is carried out using plasma activation.
EFFECT: bioinert nanostructured coating is obtained in a single technological process without removing the implant from the chamber, which contributes to a more efficient interaction of the implant surface with cellular elements and biological fluids and improves osseointegration, increases the strength characteristics of the implant, reduces the temperature and time of the coating process.
