FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to analyse the concentration of biopathogenic submicron particles in liquids and gases. An optical express analyser of biopathogenic submicron particles with a built-in calibration contains a control unit, simultaneously connected to at least one light source for fluorescence excitation and a light source for scattering excitation, and with an analyzing flow shaping device connected to a quartz tube through which a flow of liquid or gas, including dispersed particles, passes; an analysis unit connected to at least one fluorescent light receiver, a scattered light receiver, and a power source. At the same time, the optical express analyser of biopathogenic submicron particles additionally also contains a laser Doppler anemometry channel, including a scattered light receiver with a Doppler frequency, connected to the analysing unit, and a light source for measuring the speed of movement of dispersed particles, connected to the control unit, while the analysing unit is made with the ability to normalize the particle velocity obtained from the duration of the optical pulse of the signal scattered from the light scattering channel, as well as the particle velocity obtained from the duration of the optical pulse of the fluorescent light signal, to the value of the actual particle velocity obtained from the channel of the Doppler anemometer.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements of the optical analyser of biopathogenic submicron particles due to self-calibration by taking into account in real time the difference in the flow rates of the liquid or gas and the particle itself.
