FIELD: material grinding.

SUBSTANCE: jaw crusher is proposed, which comprises a frame on which bottom, side, rear and top walls welded together are installed. Cheeks are attached to the side walls, a loading casing is welded to the upper wall, to which the casing of the ripper is attached, and inside of which the ripper is installed on the shaft. A hydraulic cylinder and a sleeve are attached to the rear wall, which is also attached to the cyclone. A punch is connected to the hydraulic cylinder by means of a ball joint, having side ledges, a lower ledge and two ledges, which include two bodies of inserts with inserts, whereas compression springs are located between the inserts, in addition, a stop with pads welded to it is attached to the punch, and a damper is welded to the punch from above. Cranks are installed on the frame and the edges of the upper wall, electric motors rotate the upper cranks and the lower cranks through the bushings, the lower cranks being interconnected by bonds, and the bushings are welded to the sieve walls, to which the sieve is attached, including the sieve base and the comb, whereas the comb fingers have a triangular section.

EFFECT: invention provides destruction of the material with less effort, reduced noise, no dusting.
