SUBSTANCE: method for detecting propeller unmanned aerial vehicles, in which the radar device receives electromagnetic waves reflected from unmanned aerial vehicles, measuring the spectrograms of the received electromagnetic waves, and the acoustic particle velocity measuring device receives acoustic waves emitted by unmanned aerial vehicles, measuring the spectrograms of the received acoustic waves, digital recording of said spectrograms of electromagnetic waves and acoustic waves is done, then the recorded spectrograms of electromagnetic waves and acoustic waves within an adjustable time interval is compared, starting from a given initial moment of review. In the time and frequency domains of the spectrograms of the received electromagnetic waves, anomalies are detected caused by the micro-Doppler effect due to the reflection of electromagnetic waves from the rotating propellers of unmanned aerial vehicles, and, after the delay time of receiving acoustic waves compared to the moment of receiving electromagnetic waves, in time and frequency domains of the spectrograms of received acoustic waves, anomalies are detected caused by the same rotation of the propellers of unmanned aerial vehicles, and in the case of a correlation between the detected anomalies of the spectrograms of electromagnetic waves and anomalies of the spectrograms of acoustic waves, taking into account the delay in the reception of acoustic waves compared to the reception of electromagnetic waves, a decision is made on detection of an unmanned aerial vehicle, categorized with a low probability of false actuation.

EFFECT: reduced probability of false actuation.
