FIELD: semiconductors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means that improve the cooling of power semiconductor elements, mainly to semiconductor thermoelectric generators based on the Peltier effect, and can be used when generating electricity in autonomous conditions. The device for liquid cooling of power semiconductor elements comprises a rectangular cuvette represented by a cooled plate with sides and a lid in contact with the semiconductor structure. Coolant inlet and outlet channels made in the form of coaxial branch pipes are led into the cuvette through the lid. The first branch pipe is installed in the centre of the lid and is provided with a side outlet and an end cap, through which the second branch pipe is passed into the cuvette to the half the height of the sides. At the end of the second branch pipe, a guide element is installed perpendicular to it, made in the form of a plate, repeating the shape of the inner outline of the cuvette and having a gap with its sides. On the middle parts of the lateral sides of the plate, contour broadenings are made, bent towards the cooled plate.
EFFECT: increase in available power, as well as an increase in operational reliability by reducing the risk of overheating of individual elements.
