FIELD: teaching aids in medicine.
SUBSTANCE: gynecological simulator includes a platform on which a rod with a fixation of the uterus model and a uterus model are installed. The platform is made of polymethyl methacrylate, at the base of the platform there is a rod made of elastic and equipped with a fixation of the uterus model, a hinged adapter with a quick-clamping nut is placed on the rod, which, together with the rod and the fixation of the uterus model, imitates the uterine manipulator of the Clermont-Ferrand model. At the top of the rod, a uterine model retainer is installed, made of plastic, spring-loaded, adjustable with a quick-clamping nut. The swivel adapter is positioned with the ability to adjust the position, visualize the back surface, change the angle of inclination and fix the uterine model. The model of the uterus is made of foam rubber and includes the body, fallopian tubes, ovaries and the ovary's own ligament.
EFFECT: ensuring the development of the skill of extracorporeal and intracorporeal endoscopic suture during laparoscopic surgery on the uterus and uterine appendages.
