FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to teaching aids in medicine. Portable simulator includes racks that simulate laparoports, in the form of polymethylmethacrylate plate 6 cm wide, 18 cm high, 0.5 cm thick, having two bends, working holes are formed in the centre of the front surface, simulating holes of laparoports, with diameter of 8 mm at an angle towards the centre of the working surface; tripod for web-camera or telephone; quick-clamping step-by-step F-shaped retainers, having length of 19 cm, width of 14 cm and thickness of 1.3 cm, made of impact-resistant plastic, the working jaws of which are 2.8 cm long and 1.8 cm wide are equipped with pads for fixing to the post and preventing damage working surfaces, and two rectangular transparent platforms from polymethyl methacrylate with size of 16 × 16 cm and thickness 0.5 cm with suction cups for fixation on the working surface. First platform has two cases. First one is made for formation of precision of work with tools and development of attention and has a box for beads with a cover and holes. Second one is designed to form manual skills in laparoscopic surgery and free manipulation in a closed space and includes screw rings towering above the platform, located at an equal distance from each other along a continuous non-intersecting line. Second platform for training the laparoscopic suture technique has four cases. First one for formation of manual skill of interaction of the leading and secondary hands and has two groups of metal columns arranged symmetrically and equipped with silicone tubes and rings. Second case is made for formation of various types of knots and contains three screw-hooks located in vertices of an isosceles triangle, between which a clerical elastic band is stretched. Third case is made to form longitudinal and transverse seams and includes two parallel polyurethane rollers, and the fourth serves for training laparoscopic suture and is made in the form of a tape with hooks for fixation of material from foam rubber.

EFFECT: simplified and lighter design.
