FIELD: radar detection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar detection of air targets (ATs) and can be used in stationary and mobile pulse-Doppler radars (PDRs) with quasi-continuous radiation with linear frequency modulation of the carrier frequency (LFM). In the claimed method, with different values of the LFM steepness and pre-calculated boundaries of the spectrum of interfering reflections, it is possible to detect and measure the rangefinding frequencies of the signals of several ATs, which are taken out by the chirp beyond the boundaries of this spectrum, and the ATs can be high- and low-speed, hovering, indistinguishable or distinguishable in range, respectively, located in the same or in different range intervals. When identifying combinations - triads of ranging frequencies of each AT performed for each discrete range with detection, based on the identified triads of ranging frequencies, the determination of range, speed and acceleration for all detected targets is provided.

EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of the PDRs in terms of ensuring the possibility of its use in multi-purpose situations in the main beam in a complex signal-interference environment due to interfering reflections from the ground.
