FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: system of diagnostics of the hip joints contains a block for obtaining a three-dimensional MRI or CT image of the pelvic region; a landmark search unit configured to automatically detect anatomical landmarks in the obtained image for diagnosing hip joints and output their coordinates; a diagnostic unit configured to calculate clinical indicators describing the state of health of the hip joint, based on data output by the landmark search unit, compare the calculated clinical indicators with acceptable limits or ranges, identify the presence or absence of pathologies of the hip joints based on the comparison, and if pathology is detected in the image, generate a report on the state of health of the hip joints, containing an indication of the pathology and at least one corresponding calculated clinical indicator confirming the presence of pathology; and a block for transmitting a report to the device requesting the diagnostics.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of diagnostics and increase of automation of processing.
