FIELD: magnetic metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for processing magnetically soft metallic materials. Surface treatment agent is applied to soft magnetic metal materials using a heat treatment process to increase the magnetic induction intensity of soft magnetic metal materials. Said agent contains carbon and/or nitrogen, a carburizing promoter, powdered carbon and/or powdered graphite. The alloying mass of powdered carbon and/or powdered graphite can be from 5% to 50% of the total mass of the carbon source, the particle sizes of powdered carbon and powdered graphite are simultaneously set in the nanometer range. The carburization promoter contains BaCO3, CaCO3 and Na2CO3, and the carburization promoter alloying weight is 6% or less of the total weight of the carbon source. Soft magnetic metal materials are amorphous materials, nanocrystalline soft magnetic metal materials, silicon steel or pure iron.
EFFECT: effective increase in the intensity of the magnetic induction of magnetically soft metal materials is provided, which contributes to an increased advantage of using magnetically soft metal materials in the field of electrical engineering.
