FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of amorphous alloys for production of strips. A method for producing an amorphous alloy based on Fe-Si-B to produce a strip, including: providing an amorphous alloy, cementite Fe3C and iron nitride Fe3N, and the mass ratio of the amorphous alloy, cementite Fe3C and iron nitride Fe3N is 1:0.005-0.5:0.005-0.5; and placing the amorphous alloy, cementite Fe3C and iron nitride Fe3N in a melting furnace to melt the alloy and subsequently obtain an amorphous Fe-Si-B alloy, the elements constituting the amorphous alloy being Fe, Si and B, and at least one element out of Cu, Nb and Ni. An amorphous alloy based on Fe-Si-B is obtained, containing elements in the following ratio, in at.%: Si 6 -12, B 8 -14, Cu 3, Nb 2, Ni 1 or 5, and the rest is Fe.
EFFECT: increases the intensity of magnetic induction.
