FIELD: panels.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the creation of panels of a layered structure, mainly for the installation of spacecraft (SC) equipment of a modular type. The method consists in the manufacture of a honeycomb panel (HP), in the installation and fixation of embedded elements with threaded connections in SC holes. Embedded elements comprise machined lugs protruding above the HP surface and forming a single mounting plane. The device is installed on the embedded elements with the help of two mounting bolts located on the same line so that one of them forms a gap-free connection in the round holes of the device and the embedded element, and the second one in the round hole of the embedded element and in the groove of the device. In other places where the device is attached to embedded elements, threaded connections are made with gaps in the smooth parts of the mounting holes.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability of the precise installation of the device on the HP surface by achieving a stable position of the device relative to the honeycomb panel.
