FIELD: wreck salvaging.
SUBSTANCE: device for salvaging a sunken wreck contains a device for pumping compressed air into the hull of the sunken ship and a standpipe. The device for pumping compressed air into the wreck hull and the standpipe are installed on a base hermetically fixed in a cut-out on the roof of the compartment being purged. The standpipe is made with the possibility of moving in a vertical plane by means of a pipe moving mechanism, the cylinders of which are rigidly connected to the standpipe, and a locking mechanism made in the form of a ratchet lock, interacting with toothed racks installed on the generatrix of the standpipe and not allowing the pipe to move in the opposite direction under the action of excess pressure in the compartment being purged. The lifting device is also equipped with a control tube rigidly connected to the standpipe, which makes it possible to control the purge volume. The standpipe and the control tube are placed in corrugated casings ensuring their tightness.
EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity due to reduction in the number of pipes and elimination of additional costs when performing ship salvaging operations.
