FIELD: sunken objects lifting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for lifting sunken objects, in particular, ships, vessels, floating docks and other floating structures with significant internal volumes, the purge of which with gaseous media leads to the creation of the buoyancy forces necessary for lifting. A safety valve is proposed for releasing excess pressure from the purged compartments of a sunken object to be lifted, characterized by the fact that a lever-type design with a hinged lid and a movable weight-counterweight divided into two parts, shifted to the side to the side edges of the lid, is used in order to ensure a tighter fit covers on the flange, mounted above the cutout in the upper part of the vented compartment, as well as a limiter bar for opening the cover, which prevents the cover from opening completely and retains the possibility of installing the cover with a counterweight on the flange under its own weight when the effect of excess pressure exceeding the set pressure stops.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the safety valve and increasing the safety of raising sunken objects by purging their internal compartments.
