FIELD: wreckage recovery equipment.
SUBSTANCE: technical devices used in raising sunken objects by restoring their own buoyancy by displacing water with compressed air from their internal volumes. A device in the form of a squeezing pipe, used when lifting sunken objects in two or more stages by restoring their own buoyancy by displacing water with compressed air from their internal volumes, instead of two or more squeezing pipes of different lengths, located in different places or nearby. The squeeze pipe consists of two or more bends - a main, short bend of a larger diameter, fixed in the upper surface of the sealed contour of the purged internal volume of the sunken object being lifted, and one or more longer bends of a smaller diameter, inserted into the main short bend or into each other and jointed with flange connections to maintain a sealed circuit and increase the length of the device at each subsequent stage of lifting, which requires increasing the height of the compressed air column inside the purged volume.
EFFECT: improved lifting safety and simplified manufacturing and installation technology for squeeze pipes are achieved.
