SUBSTANCE: after determining the arrhythmogenic focus through access in the jugular, subclavian or femoral vein, a balloon catheter is inserted into the right atrium (RA), under fluoroscopic control, the balloon catheter is placed in the coronary sinus, the effectiveness of coronary sinus occlusion is assessed by venography from the distal port of the balloon catheter and with retrograde contrast enhancement of the bed coronary veins with no contrast loss in the right ventricle, coronary sinus occlusion is assessed as effective and a radiofrequency application is performed in the projection of the arrhythmogenic area of the ventricular myocardium.

EFFECT: the claimed method will significantly increase the effectiveness of RFA for deep ventricular arrhythmias, as well as reduce the need for epicardial access.
