FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electrical circuit of the test bench is shown in Fig. 1. The following is marked here: 1 - grid; 2 - the first knife switch; 3 - the first automatic switch; 4 - the first set of fuses; 5 - the first contactor; 6 - the first set of voltage sensors; 7 - the first set of current sensors; 8 - rectifier; 9 – DC link; 10 – voltage sensor; 11 – current sensor; 12 - inverter; 13 - the first filter; 14 – the second set of voltage sensors; 15 - the second set of current sensors; 16 - movable platform designed to accommodate the electric traction drive being tested; 17 – torque sensor; 18 - DC load machine; 19 - reversible converter; 20 - the second filter; 21 - the second contactor; 22 - the second set of fuses; 23 - the second automatic switch; 24 - the second knife switch.
EFFECT: possibility of testing not only the electric machine of the traction drive, but also its semiconductor converter; creation of regenerative braking modes during testing, which is also very important for an electric traction drive; as well as reduction of unjustified consumption of electricity from the grid during the tests.
