FIELD: gas distribution technology.
SUBSTANCE: method of operation and arrangement of a gas distribution station is proposed, comprising two gas-dynamic units 20, 21, which are equipped with high-pressure shut-off and control valves 12, 15, high-pressure gas pipelines 2, 17, supersonic high-pressure Laval nozzles 3, braking devices of the high-pressure nozzle 4, supersonic medium-pressure Laval nozzles 5, medium-pressure nozzle braking devices 6, medium-pressure shut-off valves 13, 16 and medium-pressure gas pipelines 7, 19. High-pressure gas 5-7 MPa supplied to the gas distribution station is successively expanded in supersonic Laval nozzles 3 to a pressure of 2.2-3 MPa and supersonic speed of 1.7-1.5 M, braked on high-pressure braking devices 4, increasing gas temperature up to 70-40° C, then the gas is expanded in supersonic Laval nozzles 5 of medium pressure up to 1.2-1.3 MPa and speeds of 1.85-1.8 M, slowed down on the braking devices 6 of medium pressure, which increases the temperature of the completely retarded gas flow to 220-190°C.
EFFECT: method eliminates the possibility of hydrate formation in the gas, increases the efficiency and environmental friendliness of the gas distribution station and eliminates the use of gas heaters.
