FIELD: construction materials industry; other industries; production of the articles based on the alkaline binding materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the construction materials industry and may be used at manufacture of the articles on the basis of the alkaline binding. The technical result of the invention is the price reduction of the binding, dilation of the raw materials base at the expense of usage for the binding production of the multi-tonnage wastes of the industry, improvement of environment with simultaneous maintenance of the high quality of the binding. The binding composition includes the blast furnace granulated slag exposed to the milling up to the specific surface of no less than 3000 cm2/g, and the alkaline activating agent. In the capacity of the alkaline activating agent it contains sodium sulfate-carbonate - the waste of production of alumine of the following composition (in mass %): Na2SO4 - no less than 60, Na2CO3 -no more than 30, SiO2 - no more than 0.5; Al2О3 - no more than 3.0, Fe2O3 - no more than 0.4, humidity - no more than 30 % and subjected to the joint milling with the indicated slag up to the specific surface of no less than 3000 cm2/g, and in addition - the sand exposed to the joint milling with the indicated slag and the activation agent up to the specific surface of no less than 3000 cm2/g, or the fly ash at the following ratio of the components (in mass %): the indicated activation agent - 0.5-2.0, the indicated sand or the fly ash - 30-48, the indicated slag - the rest.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the price reduction of the binding, dilation of the raw materials base at the expense of usage for the binding production of the multi-tonnage wastes of the industry, improvement of environment with simultaneous maintenance of the high quality of the binding.
