A method of preparing a burger, including the preparation of individual components of sandwich layers of a burger, product molding and assembly, characterized in that khachapuri in Megrelian is used for the upper layer of the burger, khachapuri in Imeretian is used for the lower layer of the burger, a cutlet made from the chopped pulp of aged lamb meat or roe deer is used as a burger component, or beef, or pork, and pre-sliced: tomatoes 40 g; pickled cucumber 25 g; fresh cucumber 25 g; fresh lettuce leaves 30 g; fried onion rings 15 g; satsebeli sauce, and then the finished product is formed by assembling in the sequence: khachapuri in Imeretian; fresh lettuce leaf; cutlet from the minced meat of aged lamb, or roe deer, or beef, or pork; satsebeli sauce; fried onion rings; tomato; pickled cucumber; fresh cucumber; fresh lettuce leaf; khachapuri in Megrelian.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of burger-type food products and create a food product that can be in demand both as an independent hot dish and as fast food, while combining different cuisines of the world.
