SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at recovering biochemical parameters of peripheral blood of laboratory animals (mice, rats). Method for preventing embolism development by transplanted cells in laboratory animals involves intravenous combined allogenic transplantation of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSC) obtained from laboratory animal placenta chorion, and laboratory animals of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) derived from placenta chorion are: MMSC in dose of 2 million cells/kg, HSC in dose of 300 thousand cells/kg.

EFFECT: invention provides recovering biochemical parameters of peripheral blood in hepatic cirrhosis and eliminates the possibility of developing embolism by transplanted cells.
